• In most cases, Egypt must have ratified a treaty containing the human right you claim was violated. 
• You must be able to identify who violated your rights or be able to prove that the Egyptian government could have prevented the violation. As proof photos, signed statements by others, reports by eyewitnesses, etc., are very important.
• Sometimes we can bring cases to international human rights bodies, but sometimes we will recommend first approaching the government on your behalf.
